Summer Diffuser Recipes – Part 2
For this week’s summer diffuser recipe, I blended orange, lime, and lemongrass.
These scents are a bit subtle, so I had to increase the number of drops that I used in my first attempt at it.
Here’s the recipe:
4 drops orange
4 drops lime
2 drops lemongrass
As always, the recipe can be modified to your liking. Some prefer a stronger fragrance, and some like a more subtle aroma.
Another thing to consider is where you are diffusing. You won’t need as many drops in a smaller room, whereas a large room will require more drops.
Here’s a little info on these oils:
Lime* – lime essential oil is stimulating, which can result in increased mental clarity and creativity. It can also support a healthy immune system, aid in weight management, and support healthy skin. In addition, lime oil can provide antioxidant support.
Lemongrass* – lemongrass essential oil can help support the digestive system
Orange* – orange oil can help enhance the flavor of foods.
The cool thing about these oils is that they are readily accessible as far as production goes, so they won’t break the bank.
AND, right now – for a LIMITED time – Young Living is throwing in a BONUS oil with the purchase of a Premium Starter Kit! The bonus oil will be either orange, tangerine, or lemongrass (Young Living’s choice).
Eleven oils, a diffuser, samples….sounds like a great deal, doesn’t it?
So let me know if you liked this week’s recipe…or even if you hated it. I want the feedback. It helps for planning future recipes.
See you next week with the next recipe!
