Fall Diffuser Recipes – Part 4

Last week of October. Last fall diffuser recipe for 2015.

I remember growing up in New York, and this was about the time where the weather would start getting a bit cooler. Kind of like the gateway to winter.

I know many of you find it hard to believe that this Florida girl used to endure cold winters. But it’s true. I would bundle up and brave the snow so that I could go sledding or have snowball fights.

Those were the days.

Of course, now, if the temperature drops to 60, I’m a popsicle.

But, anyway…

Here is this week’s recipe:



3 drops RC oil  (RC is part of the Premium Starter Kit!)

3 drops Idaho Blue Spruce oil

3 drops Nutmeg oil
